What was once a condemned, burned-out home will soon have a brand-new future. This property has sat vacant and abandoned for nearly 15 years, but that is about to change. The Franklin County Land Bank is working toward the demolition of the existing structure and its replacement with a brand-new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a one-car garage.
This project is about more than replacing a house — it’s about bringing new life to a property that has been vacant for far too long and creating a quality home for a family.
We’re excited to see this transformation take place and to continue investing in the communities of Franklin County.
